Ingredients for 1 servings
3 avocado(s), ripe
2 tomato(s), very finely diced
1 lemon(s), squeezed
2 clove(s) of garlic, pressed or very finely chopped
coriander
Salt and pepper, black
Preparation
Working time about 10 minutes | Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and mash with a fork to a fine pulp.
Add the diced tomatoes, lemon juice, garlic and yogurt and mix everything together.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Garnish with coriander
Tastes great with potato wedges, on tortillas, and with anything you can dip.
