Guacamole

This mexican avocado influenced multi talent can be served as a dip, starter, snack or even main dish and never gets old


Ingredients for 1 servings

  • 3 avocado(s), ripe

  • 2 tomato(s), very finely diced

  • 1 lemon(s), squeezed

  • 2 clove(s) of garlic, pressed or very finely chopped

  • coriander

  • Salt and pepper, black


Preparation


Working time about 10 minutes | Total time approx. 10 minutes


  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.

  2. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and mash with a fork to a fine pulp.

  3. Add the diced tomatoes, lemon juice, garlic and yogurt and mix everything together.

  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  5. Garnish with coriander


Tastes great with potato wedges, on tortillas, and with anything you can dip.


The "1 serving" quantity refers to making 1 dip here. This is definitely enough for more than 1 person.


Pro Tip: Remove the tomato seeds. This will make the guacamole less watery.


To store, you can put an avocado pit in the center of the dip. This will prevent it from turning brown.
